고양특례시 식사동 지역사회보장협의체는 지난 13일 식사4통 경로당에서 취약계층을 대상으로 이·미용서비스를 제공하는 ‘가위손 드림(dream) 헤어’ 사업을 진행했다.

‘가위손 드림 헤어’는 지난 3월 식사1통 경로당에서 첫 행사를 개최한 데 이어 이번이 두 번째 봉사활동으로, 아이디헤어 위시티점과 식사동 지역사회보장협의체가 협력해 추진했으며 이날 봉사에는 아이디헤어 위시티점의 헤어디자이너 6명이 참여해 ‘가위손 드림(Dream) 헤어 봉사단’을 구성, 오전부터 경로당을 방문해 취약계층 어르신 15명의 머리를 손질했다.

머리 손질을 받은 어르신들은 “경로당까지 직접 찾아와 머리를 손질해 주니 고맙고 편하다”며 고마움을 전했으며 봉사에 참여한 정지원 헤어디자이너는 “작은 재능을 나눌 수 있어서 기쁘다. 앞으로도 꾸준히 참여하고 싶다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
