파주시 가람도서관이 제62회 도서관주간을 기념하여 오는 4월 12일부터 18일까지 ‘도서관 속 작은 펼침, 세상을 여는 큰 열림’을 주제로 풍성한 독서문화 프로그램과 체험 행사를 운영한다.

이번 행사는 전 연령층이 즐길 수 있는 참여형 프로그램을 중심으로 구성되어 시민들이 일상에서 자연스럽게 책과 소통할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

종합자료실에서는 4월 7일부터 19일까지 성인을 대상으로 두근두근! 블라인드북 행사를 진행한며 핵심 키워드와 문장만으로 책을 선택해 대출하는 이 방식은 편향된 독서 습관에서 벗어나 새로운 도서를 발견하는 즐거움을 선사할 것으로 보인다.

같은 기간 전 연령층이 참여할 수 있는 독서 프로그램 윤독회도 운영된다. 

4월 15일에는 김유담 작가의 돌보는 마음을 현장에서 함께 낭독하며 감상을 나누는 시간을 갖으며 사전 독서 부담 없이 현장에서 제공되는 단편소설을 완독하는 방식이 특징이다.

어린이들을 위한 프로그램도 마련됐다.

어린이자료실에서는 4월 12일부터 18일까지 가람 냉장고를 부탁해 행사가 열리며, 15일에는 초등학교 1~2학년을 대상으로 달평 씨 시리즈의 저자 신민재 작가와의 만남이 진행되어 그림책 읽기와 독후 활동을 함께한다.

특별 공연으로는 4월 11일 가람도서관 지하 1층에서 이야기가 흐르는 봄 음악회가 개최되며 상주 연주단체 몽상블의 연주와 그림책 및 시 낭독이 어우러져 도서관을 찾는 시민들에게 봄날의 감성을 전달할 예정이다.
