한국농어촌공사 고양지사는 지난 30일 안전한 작업 환경 조성과 청렴 문화 확산을 위해 ‘3월 정기 안전보건협의체’ 회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

안전보건협의체는 중대재해처벌법 제5조 및 산업안전보건법 제64조에 근거해 도급 사업 시 발생할 수 있는 산업재해를 예방하기 위해 운영되는 기구다. 

고양지사는 협의체 결성 이후 매월 정기 회의를 통해 현장 중심의 실질적인 안전관리 방안을 지속적으로 논의해왔다.

이번 회의에는 도급인 대표인 김이부 지사장을 비롯해 지사 관계자들과 수급인 대표 및 대리인 등 총 10명이 참석했으며, 본격적인 영농기를 앞두고 산업재해 예방과 안전의식 제고를 위한 특별 교육이 진행됐다. 

참석자들은 현장에서 반드시 준수해야 할 안전 수칙과 사고 예방의 중요성을 공유하며 안전관리의 기본 원칙을 다시 한번 점검했다.

아울러 투명하고 공정한 건설공사 문화 정착을 위해 공사 감독과 시행사가 함께 참여하는 청렴 서약식도 이어졌다. 

참석자들은 공정성과 책임성을 바탕으로 한 청렴한 업무 수행을 다짐하며, 신뢰받는 공공기관으로서의 역할을 재확인했다.

김이부 고양지사장은 “안전보호구 착용과 작업 후 주변 정리 등 기본에 충실한 안전관리가 무엇보다 중요하다”고 강조하며 “올 한 해 무재해 달성을 위해 모두가 각자의 자리에서 최선을 다해달라”고 당부했다. 

이어 “청렴한 건설 현장 조성을 위해 시행사 측의 적극적인 협조도 필요하다”고 덧붙였다.

고양지사 관계자는 “3년 연속 무재해 기록을 이어가기 위해 현장의 목소리에 더욱 귀 기울이겠다”며 “철저한 점검과 긴밀한 소통을 통해 산업재해를 근절하겠다는 의지로 안전관리 체계를 한층 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea Rural Community Corporation Goyang Branch announced that it held the ‘March Regular Safety and Health Council’ meeting on the 30th to create a safe working environment and spread a culture of integrity.

The Safety and Health Council is an organization operated to prevent industrial accidents that may occur during contracted projects, based on Article 5 of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and Article 64 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
