국가보훈부 경기북부제대군인지원센터가 중·장년층 제대군인의 성공적인 사회 복귀를 돕기 위해 본격적인 현장 맞춤형 취업 지원에 나섰다.

경기북부제대군인지원센터는 지난 6월 23일, ㈜세화자산관리 양주 대륜발전소의 건물관리직 채용을 위한 ‘일자리 두드림 데이’ 행사를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 구직에 어려움을 겪는 중·장년층 제대군인에게는 실질적인 일자리를 제공하고, 기업에는 검증된 우수 인재를 매칭하기 위해 마련됐다. 

특히 센터 관계자들이 직접 채용 현장에 참여해 기업과 구직자 간의 가교 역할을 톡톡히 해내며 현장 중심의 밀착형 지원 서비스를 선보였다.

이날 현장에서는 구직자들을 위한 기업 맞춤형 채용 설명회가 진행됐다.
