파주시가 노인 맞춤형 일자리 사업 분야에서 전국 공모를 통해 국비 3천만 원을 따냈다.

파주시는 한국노인인력개발원이 주관하는 '2026년 공동체사업단 통합지원사업' 공모에 최종 합격해 국비 3천만 원을 확보했다고 밝혔으며 이 사업은 노인 맞춤형 일자리 사업장을 운영하는 지자체 가운데 성과가 뛰어난 곳을 뽑아 사업 규모 확대와 운영 내실화를 돕는 것으로, 이번 공모에서 전국 20개 지자체가 뽑혔다.

파주시는 한식뷔페와 도시락·밑반찬 제조·배달을 함께 운영 중인 '청춘 찬찬찬 금촌점'의 일자리 모델과 그간의 성과를 제안해 심사에서 좋은 점수를 받았다.

시와 파주시니어클럽은 이번에 마련된 재원을 활용해 해당 사업장을 더 넓은 공간으로 옮기고 규모도 키울 계획이며 이를 통해 재가노인 식사배달 등 취약계층을 향한 식생활 지원을 한층 두텁게 하고, 노인 일자리 확대와 지역 복지 향상이라는 두 가지 효과를 함께 거둘 수 있을 것으로 보이고 아울러 이전 개소 준비와 함께 식품 위생 관리, 어르신 안부 확인 등 현장 중심의 직무 교육도 병행해 운영 체계를 탄탄히 갖춰 나갈 예정이다.
