고양문화재단이 아동 미술 영재 출신 작가 전이수의 특별 기획전을 고양어울림누리 어울림미술관에서 선보인다.

재단은 전시기획사 ㈜옳소(대표 정해선)와 손잡고 오는 6월 6일부터 10월 4일까지 '소중한 사람에게, 전이수 특별전 in 고양'을 마련했으며 지난해 부산에서 열린 전시의 주요 작품에 최근 신작을 더한 원화 60여 점과 작가의 글 20여 점이 관람객을 맞이할 예정이다.

전이수 작가는 2008년생으로, 8세이던 2016년 그림책 '꼬마 악어 타코'를 펴낸 뒤 KBS '영재발굴단' 출연을 계기로 미술 영재로 널리 알려졌고 이후 에세이집·동화 등 19권의 책을 잇달아 출간했으며, 2019년 제주에 '전이수갤러리 걸어가는 늑대들'을 개관해 꾸준히 창작 활동을 이어오고 있다.

전시 공간은 528㎡ 규모의 2층 건물로, 여섯 가지 섹션으로 구성되며 1층에서는 '섬세한 균형', '마음의 숲', '소중한 사람에게', '사랑' 네 개 섹션에서 28점의 원화와 작가의 글을 함께 감상할 수 있고 2층으로 올라가는 통로에는 치매를 소재로 한 그림책 '모든 걸 기억하진 못해도'의 삽화가 이어지고, 2층에서는 작가가 5월 한 달간 유럽 도화여정 중 완성한 신작과 사회공헌 활동 사진·영상이 전시된다.

Goyang Cultural Foundation to Open Jeon Yi-su Special Exhibition in June

The Goyang Cultural Foundation is presenting a special exhibition by Jeon Yi-su, an artist who was formerly a child prodigy in art, at the Goyang Eoullim Nuri Eoullim Art Museum.

The Foundation has partnered with exhibition planning firm Olso Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong Hae-seon) to organize the "To a Precious Person, Jeon Yi-su Special Exhibition in Goyang," running from June 6 to October 4. The exhibition will welcome visitors with approximately 60 original artworks—including major pieces from last year's exhibition in Busan alongside recent new works—and about 20 pieces of writing by the artist. Artist Jeon Yi-su, born in 2008, became widely known as an art prodigy following the publication of her picture book *Little Crocodile Taco* in 2016 at the age of eight and her subsequent appearance on the KBS program *Gifted Children*. On the second floor, new works completed by the artist during her month-long art journey in Europe in May are on display, along with photos and videos of her social contribution activities.
