파주시 교하도서관이 오는 6월 4일부터 8월 8일까지 중장년층을 위한 디지털 강좌 '생성형 인공지능(AI) 어렵지 않아'를 운영한다.

교하도서관 2층 문화강연실에서 열리는 이번 프로그램은 40~60대 성인 20명을 대상으로 생성형 AI 활용법을 익히고, 이를 토대로 디지털 콘텐츠를 직접 만들어 보는 과정으로 꾸려졌고 총 10차시로 진행되며, 별도 예산 없이 유관기관 협력을 통한 시민 제안 우수사업으로 추진된다.

강좌는 1강·2강으로 나뉘며  1강 '바로 배워 바로 쓰는 생성형 AI 프로그램'은 6월 4일부터 7월 2일까지 매주 목요일 오전 10시~12시, 5차시로 운영되며 챗GPT·클로드·제미나이 등 주요 AI 도구의 비교 및 용도별 설정법, 보고서·메일 자동 작성 등 문서 생산성 향상 방법을 다룬다.

2강 '생성형 인공지능(AI)으로 만드는 콘텐츠 창작 프로그램'은 7월 11일부터 8월 8일까지 매주 토요일 오후 2시~4시, 5차시로 진행되며 여행 일정·식단 관리 등 반복 업무 자동화와 AI 동화책 제작 등 창작 중심의 실습 과정으로 구성됐다.

1강은 이미 5월 초 신청이 마감됐으며, 2강은 6월 1일부터 파주시도서관 누리집(홈페이지)에서 신청할 수 있고 문의는 교하도서관으로 하면 된다.

이재면 교하도서관장은 "AI 교육에 대한 시민 관심이 높은 만큼, 중장년층이 디지털 기술을 부담 없이 받아들이고 일상과 업무에 자연스럽게 녹여낼 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

Paju City's Gyoha Library will run a digital course for middle-aged adults titled "Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Isn't Difficult" from June 4 to August 8.

Held in the Culture Lecture Room on the second floor of Gyoha Library, this program targets 20 adults aged 40 to 60. It is designed to help participants learn how to utilize generative AI and create digital content based on that knowledge. Consisting of a total of 10 sessions, the program is being implemented as an excellent citizen-proposed project through cooperation with relevant organizations, without a separate budget. The course is divided into two sessions. Session 1, "Generative AI Programs to Learn and Use Immediately," will run for five sessions every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from June 4 to July 2. It covers comparisons of major AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, configuration methods for different uses, and ways to improve document productivity, including the automatic generation of reports and emails.

Session 2, "Content Creation Program with Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)," will be held for five sessions every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from July 11 to August 8. It consists of practical, creation-focused training, such as automating repetitive tasks like travel itinerary and meal management, and producing AI-generated children's books.

Registration for Session 1 closed in early May. Registration for Session 2 opens on June 1 via the Paju City Library website, and inquiries can be directed to Gyoha Library .
