이날 협약식에는 고양탄소제로숲네트워크 이규섭 상임대표를 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했으며, 기후위기를 단순한 환경 문제가 아닌 시민의 안전과 삶의 질, 미래세대의 생존권과 직결된 시급한 과제로 인식하고 실질적인 대응 방안을 논의하는 자리로 마련됐다.
