파주시청소년상담복지센터는 지난 15일 센터 내 백리향에서 관내 초·중·고등학교 20개교 관리자들이 참석한 가운데 '2026년 청소년안전망 지역자원연계 활성화사업 학교지원단 간담회'를 개최했다고 밝혔으며 이번 간담회는 심리·정서적 어려움을 겪는 청소년이 증가하는 상황에 대응해 학교와 상담복지센터 간 협력체계를 더욱 강화하고, 위기청소년을 조기에 발견해 신속하게 지원할 수 있는 지역 안전망을 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.

행사는 상담복지센터의 주요 사업 소개를 시작으로 학교지원단 업무협약 체결, 운영 우수사례 공유, 학교지원단 활성화 방안 논의 등의 순으로 진행됐으며 참석자들은 위기청소년의 조기 발굴과 상담 연계, 학교폭력 예방 및 대응, 학업중단 위기 학생과 학교 부적응 학생 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 확대해 나가기로 의견을 모았다.

특히 2부에서는 학교지원단 활성화를 주제로 토론이 이어졌으며  교장과 교감 등 학교 관리자들은 각 학교에서 추진한 위기학생 지원 사례를 공유하고, 학교 현장에서 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 협력 방안과 촘촘한 청소년 안전망 구축 방향에 대해 심도 있는 논의를 진행했다.
