경기도재향군인회가 지난 7월 3일부터 5일까지 사흘간 임직원 20명을 대상으로 일본 해외문화탐방을 성공적으로 마쳤다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 급변하는 국제 정세 속에서 임직원들의 글로벌 안목을 넓히고, 선진 문화와 역사적 현장을 직접 체험하며 조직의 미래 성장 동력을 확보하기 위해 기획됐다.

탐방단은 일본의 주요 역사·문화 유적지와 현대 도시들을 두루 살피며, 전통과 현대가 공존하는 사회문화적 인프라를 견학했다. 

특히 현지의 문화유산 보존 실태와 높은 시민의식, 기초질서 문화 등을 직접 경험하며 조직에 접목할 수 있는 다양한 발전 방향을 모색했다.

연수 기간에는 임직원 간 소통과 화합을 위한 프로그램도 함께 진행됐다. 

참가자들은 자유로운 의견 교환과 대화를 통해 상호 이해를 높이고 조직의 결속력을 강화하는 시간을 가졌으며, 향후 재향군인회 발전 방향에 대한 다양한 의견을 나눴다.

강명원 경기도재향군인회장은 "이번 해외문화탐방은 단순히 타국의 문화를 체험하는 것을 넘어, 도회(道會)의 비전과 나아갈 방향을 함께 고민할 수 있었던 소중한 시간이었다"라며, "앞으로도 임직원들의 직무 역량을 강화하고 조직의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 다채로운 교육 및 연수 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다"고 강조했다.

Gyeonggi Veterans Association Strengthens Global Competence and Solidarity Through Overseas Cultural Tour for Employees

The Gyeonggi Veterans Association announced that it successfully completed a three-day overseas cultural tour to Japan for 20 employees from July 3 to 5.

This training program was designed to broaden employees' global perspectives amidst rapidly changing international circumstances, and to secure future growth engines for the organization by allowing them to experience advanced cultures and historical sites firsthand.

The tour group toured major historical and cultural sites as well as modern cities in Japan, observing socio-cultural infrastructure where tradition and modernity coexist.

In particular, they directly experienced the state of local cultural heritage preservation, high civic consciousness, and culture of basic order, seeking various directions for development that could be applied to the organization.

Programs aimed at fostering communication and harmony among employees were also conducted during the training.

Participants spent time enhancing mutual understanding and strengthening organizational solidarity through free exchange of opinions and dialogue, while sharing diverse views on the future development direction of the Veterans Association. Kang Myung-won, Chairman of the Gyeonggi Veterans Association, emphasized, "This overseas cultural tour was a valuable time that went beyond simply experiencing foreign cultures to contemplating the association's vision and future direction together," adding, "We will continue to expand diverse education and training programs to strengthen the job capabilities of our employees and enhance the organization's competitiveness."
