파주시의회가 사무국 조직개편을 겸한 2026년도 하반기 정기인사를 실시했다.

시의회는 최근 사무국 소속 직원들을 대상으로 승진과 전보 인사를 냈다고 전했으며 이번 발령에서 4급과 5급이 각 1명씩, 6급과 7급, 8급이 각 2명씩 승진 명단에 이름을 올렸고 이 밖에 타 기관 파견 1명, 퇴직 준비교육 대상자 1명도 이번 인사에 포함됐다.

시의회는 승진 인사를 계기로 의정활동을 뒷받침하는 조직의 역량을 끌어올리고, 전문위원실과 각 부서의 업무가 끊김 없이 이어지도록 하는 데 이번 인사의 목적을 뒀다고 밝혔다.

가장 눈길을 끄는 대목은 이희창 지방행정사무관의 발탁이다. 

이 사무관은 5급에서 4급 지방서기관으로 한 계단 올라서며 의회사무국을 이끌게 됐다.

6급이던 한민희 지방행정주사 역시 5급 자치행정전문위원 자리의 직무대리를 맡아 실무를 담당한다.

최유각 의장은 지난 3일 열린 임용장 수여식 자리에서 새 보직을 받은 간부들에게 조직관리와 리더십을 주제로 한 책을 선물로 건네며 덕담을 나눴으며  새 인사가 제9대 의회의 전문성과 안정적인 조직 운영에 보탬이 되기를 바란다고 밝혔고  또한 각자 맡은 자리에서 책임감을 갖고 의원들의 활동을 살뜰히 지원하는 한편, 시민을 우선하는 자세로 의회 업무에 임해 달라고 주문했다.

한편 이번에 이뤄진 6급 이상 인사 명단은 다음과 같다.

Paju City Council Conducts Regular Personnel Reshuffle for Second Half

The Paju City Council has carried out its regular personnel reshuffle for the second half of 2026, which also includes a reorganization of the Secretariat.

In this reshuffle, one person each was promoted to Grade 4 and Grade 5, while two people each were promoted to Grades 6, 7, and 8. At the appointment ceremony held on the 3rd, Chairperson Choi Yu-gak presented books on organizational management and leadership to the newly appointed executives and offered words of encouragement. He expressed his hope that these new appointments would contribute to the professionalism and stable operation of the 9th Council. He also urged them to approach their duties with a sense of responsibility, diligently supporting the activities of the council members while prioritizing the citizens.
