파주시의회는 1일 개원식을 열고 앞으로 2년간 이어질 전반기 의정활동의 시작을 알렸고 이날 개원식은 시의회 본회의장에서 열렸으며, 시의원 16명과 민선9기 손배찬 파주시장을 비롯한 관계 공무원들이 자리를 함께했다.
