서울지방변호사회는 오는 7월 6일 변호사회관 대회의실에서 소속 회원들을 대상으로 '제87차 북콘서트'를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 북콘서트에는 법무법인 선경 박시형 대표변호사가 초청 강연자로 나서 자신이 집필한 저서 『파산수업』(출판사:차선책)을 중심으로 파산과 개인회생 제도의 의미, 그리고 실패 이후 재기의 가치에 대해 이야기할 예정이다.

박 변호사는 공익법무관으로 근무하던 시절 경제적 어려움으로 삶의 벼랑 끝에 내몰린 취약계층의 사건을 다수 접한 것을 계기로 도산 전문 변호사의 길을 걷게 됐다. 

이후 축적한 실무 경험과 실제 사건을 바탕으로 『파산수업』을 집필했으며, 복잡한 파산 및 개인회생 절차를 다양한 사례와 함께 이해하기 쉽게 설명해 독자들의 호평을 받고 있다.
