파주소방서는 지난 24일 본서 3층 대회의실에서 ‘2026년 소방공무원 정년퇴임식’을 열고 오랜 기간 국민의 생명과 재산 보호를 위해 헌신해 온 소방공무원들의 명예로운 퇴임을 축하했다.

이날 퇴임식은 재난대응과장 황양연 소방령과 광탄119센터장 김낙희 소방경의 공직 생활을 기념하고 새로운 인생의 출발을 응원하기 위해 마련됐으며 행사에는 퇴임자 가족과 지인, 소방공무원 등 80여 명이 참석해 뜻깊은 시간을 함께했다.

행사는 개식선언과 국민의례를 시작으로 퇴임자 약력 소개, 석별영상 상영, 감사패 수여, 부서별 기념품 전달, 서장 인사말, 퇴임사, 단체 거수경례, 축하공연, 케이크 커팅, 기념사진 촬영 순으로 진행됐으며 이어 참석자들은 오찬을 함께하며 수십 년간 현장에서 시민 안전을 위해 헌신해 온 두 퇴임자의 노고를 되새기고 감사의 마음을 전했다.

황양연 소방령은 1990년 10월 소방공무원으로 임용된 이후 재난 대응 분야에서 풍부한 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 각종 재난 현장의 대응 역량 강화에 힘써왔다.

김낙희 소방경 역시 1990년 4월 임용 후 36년 넘게 현장 최일선에서 활동하며 지역사회 안전 확보와 소방 서비스 발전에 기여해 왔다.
