파주소방서가 구급대원의 감염 예방과 안전한 현장 여건 마련을 목표로 지난 22일 본서 소회의실에서 '2026년 상반기 감염관리위원회'를 열었다고 밝혔다.

이번 회의는 119구조·구급 관련 법령에서 정한 절차에 맞춰, 구급대원에게 적용되는 감염관리 조치가 제대로 이뤄지고 있는지 살피고 보완점을 찾기 위해 마련됐다. 

김명찬 파주소방서장이 위원장을 맡았으며 소방행정과장과 재난대응과장, 파주병원 응급의학과 전문의인 자문의사, 일선 구급대원 대표 등 8명이 함께했으며 회의에서는 감염관리 계획, 교육·훈련, 건강검진과 예방접종, 위험도 평가 등이 두루 논의됐다.

위원회에 보고된 상반기 추진 현황을 보면, 소방공무원 특수건강검진은 구급대원 전원을 대상으로 진행돼 현재 74명이 검진을 마쳤으며 감염 위험이 높은 8개 항목 12종 예방접종도 전 대원을 대상으로 진행 중이다.

레벨D 보호복, 전신가운, KF94 마스크 같은 개인보호장비는 부족함 없이 비축해 두고 있으며, 구급차와 9개 센터 감염관리실은 매월 한 번 이상 외부 전문업체의 소독·점검을 거치고 있고 올해 상반기에는 감염병 환자를 이송한 사례가 11건 있었는데, 그때마다 대원들이 보호장비를 갖추고 절차를 지킨 결과 노출 사고는 한 번도 일어나지 않았다.
