고양특례시가 취업취약계층의 고용 안정과 생계 지원을 위해 ‘2026년 하반기 지역공동체 일자리사업’ 참여자를 모집한다.

12일 고양시에 따르면 지역공동체 일자리사업은 저소득층 등 취업취약계층에게 직접 일자리를 제공해 생계 안정을 돕고, 지역 자원을 활용한 공익사업을 통해 지역공동체 활성화를 도모하기 위해 추진된다.

이번 하반기 사업은 오는 8월 10일부터 12월 18일까지 약 5개월간 운영되며, 모집 분야는 자전거 리사이클링, 어린이 보행안전지도, 다함께돌봄센터 안전도우미, 람사르 고양 장항습지 관리지원, 반려동물 놀이터 안전도우미 등 총 5개 사업이다.

신청 자격은 사업 개시일 기준 만 19세 이상 고양시민으로 근로 능력이 있는 실직자 또는 정기소득이 없는 세대다. 

가구 재산 합산액은 4억8천만 원 이하, 가구 기준 중위소득은 60% 이하이어야 한다.

선발된 참여자는 하루 4~5시간, 주 20~25시간 근무하게 되며, 2026년도 최저임금을 적용한 기본급과 별도의 부대비를 지급받는다. 

또한 4대 사회보험에도 의무 가입된다.

참여를 희망하는 시민은 오는 6월 22일부터 24일까지 주소지 관할 동 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청서와 구비서류를 제출하면 된다. 

최종 선발 결과는 8월 3일 발표될 예정이다.

고양시 관계자는 “이번 사업이 취업취약계층의 자립 기반 마련에 실질적인 도움이 되고 지역사회에도 활력을 불어넣는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “지원 자격에 해당하는 시민들의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

Citizens wishing to participate should visit their local Dong Administrative Welfare Center between June 22 and 24 to submit their application form and required documents.
