고양특례시가 공동주택 부실시공을 예방하고 주택 건설 품질 향상을 위해 상반기 공동주택 품질점검에 나선다.

고양시는 오는 6월 10일부터 18일까지 관내 공동주택 신축 현장 4개소를 대상으로 ‘2026년 상반기 공동주택 품질점검’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 점검은 골조공사가 완료된 공동주택 건설 현장을 대상으로 진행된다. 

골조공사는 건축물의 뼈대를 형성하는 핵심 공정으로, 건축물의 안전성과 전체 시공 품질을 좌우하는 중요한 단계다. 

시는 입주 이후 발생할 수 있는 각종 하자를 사전에 예방하고 구조적 안전성을 확보하기 위해 점검 시기를 골조공사 완료 단계로 정했다.

점검에는 고양시 주택과 담당 공무원과 함께 건축, 토목, 구조, 기계, 전기, 소방, 설비 등 각 분야의 민간 전문가들이 참여하는 공동주택 품질점검단이 투입된다.
