파주소방서가 임진강 익수사고에 대비해 지역 어민들과 힘을 합친 합동 구조훈련을 펼쳤다.

지난 5일 오전 10시, 파주시 적성면 두지리 황포돛배 선착장 일대에서 파주자율관리어업공동체와의 합동 수난구조훈련이 열렸으며 소방·구조·통제 인력과 어업공동체 어민 등 60명이 훈련에 나섰다.

이번 훈련의 뿌리는 전년도에 맺은 업무협약이다. 

파주소방서는 임진강 수계 익수사고 대응을 위해 어업공동체와 협력 체계를 구축했으며, 이번 훈련은 그 협약을 실제 행동으로 옮기는 자리였고 구조대원의 현장 숙달과 더불어 어민·소방·드론팀 사이의 역할 분담을 점검하는 것이 핵심 목표였다.

훈련은 네 단계로 짜여졌으며  먼저 적성대 대원들이 구명환과 드로우백을 던져 물 위를 떠도는 요구조자에게 접근했고  곧이어 드론순찰팀이 무인기를 띄워 위치를 확인하고 구명조끼를 하늘에서 내려보냈다.

세 번째로 현장 인근에서 그물을 올리던 어선이 신속히 방향을 틀어 요구조자를 갑판 위로 끌어올렸고  마지막으로 구조대원이 해당 어선에 올라 후속 처치를 마무리하며 전 과정을 완성했으며 이와 함께 급격한 물살 속 구조 요령과 흙탕물로 시야가 막힌 환경에서의 수중 구조 기술도 별도로 훈련했다.

김명찬 파주소방서장은 "임진강은 깊은 수심과 빠른 유속 탓에 혼자 힘으론 사고를 막기 어렵다"며 "지역 자원을 녹여낸 실전 훈련을 꾸준히 반복해 단 한 명의 생명도 놓치지 않겠다"고 강조했다.

Paju Fire Station conducted a joint rescue training exercise with local fishermen to prepare for drowning accidents on the Imjin River.

At 10:00 AM on wlsks 5, a joint water rescue training exercise with the Paju Self-Managed Fisheries Community was held in the area around the Hwangpo Sailboat Dock in Duji-ri, Jeokseong-myeon, Paju-si. Third, a fishing vessel hauling nets near the scene swiftly changed course to pull the victim onto the deck.
