한국농어촌공사 고양지사가 여름철 집중호우에 대비한 비상 대응 체계 점검에 나섰다.

고양지사는 19일 공사가 관리하는 상지석 배수장에서 ‘2026년 상지석배수장 비상대처훈련’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

상지석배수장은 주변 농경지 312ha의 침수를 예방하는 핵심 수리시설로, 집중호우 시 신속한 배수 기능이 중요한 시설이다. 

고양지사는 여름철 자연재난에 대비해 평소에도 배수장 시설에 대한 수시 점검과 유지관리를 지속해오고 있다.

이번 훈련은 집중호우로 자연 배수가 어려운 상황과 낙뢰로 인한 갑작스러운 정전 등 실제 재난 상황을 가정해 진행됐다. 

훈련에서는 배수장 긴급 가동과 응급 복구를 비롯해 주민 대피 유도, 농경지 침수 피해 최소화, 시설 원상복구 등 단계별 대응 절차를 집중 점검했다.

특히 이날 훈련에는 유관기관 관계자와 지역 주민 등 30여 명이 함께 참여해 재난 발생 시 기관 간 협조 체계와 현장 대응 능력을 종합적으로 확인했다.

김이부 한국농어촌공사 고양지사장은 “최근 기후변화로 집중호우의 빈도와 강도가 점점 커지고 있다”며 “모든 직원이 어떤 비상상황에서도 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 실전과 같은 훈련을 준비했다”고 말했다.

이어 “앞으로도 철저한 사전 대비와 시설 관리를 통해 안전한 영농기반 조성과 농업인 피해 예방에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
