우미건설이 3기 신도시인 고양 창릉 공공주택지구에 공급하는 민간참여 공공분양 아파트 ‘고양 창릉 우미린 그레니티’의 견본주택을 14일 개관하고 본청약 일정에 돌입했다.

고양 창릉지구 S-1블록에 들어서는 해당 단지는 지하 2층~지상 29층, 4개 동 규모로 조성되며, 전용면적 59㎡·74㎡·84㎡ 타입 총 494가구로 구성된다.
