경기도의회 김완규 의원(국민의힘, 고양12)이 오는 2026년 제9회 전국동시지방선거에서 국민의힘 공식 후보 공천을 확정받으며 재선 도전에 본격 나섰다.

김 의원은 고양시의원 3선과 경기도의원을 거치며 16년간 의정활동을 이어온 지역 정치인으로, 현재 고양시 일산서구 덕이동·송포동·가좌동을 지역구로 두고 활동하고 있다.
