파주시가 경기 침체로 어려움을 겪는 소상공인을 위해 올해 지원사업을 대폭 확대한다.

시는 지난해 700여 개 업체를 지원한 성과를 바탕으로 2026년 소상공인 지원사업의 지원 조건을 완화하고 규모를 늘려 실질적인 경영 안정을 돕겠다고 9일 밝혔다.

가장 큰 변화는 융자 조건 완화다. 

소상공인 운전자금 융자 기간이 기존 4년에서 5년(1년 거치 4년 균등 상환)으로 확대됐다.

 이는 대출 상환 부담을 줄여 안정적인 자금 운용을 돕기 위한 조치다.

총 지원 규모는 150억 원이며, 업체당 최대 5,000만 원까지 대출받을 수 있다. 

신청은 경기신용보증재단 모바일 앱(이지원)이나 파주지점 방문을 통해 가능하다.

점포 노후화 개선을 위한 지원도 강화됐다. 

경영환경 개선사업은 노후 인테리어 정비, 간판 개선 등을 지원하는 사업으로, 업체당 지원 한도가 300만 원으로 상향 조정됐다. 

전문가 자문과 결제 시스템 개선 등 경쟁력 강화에 중점을 뒀다.

제조업 중심의 소공인을 위한 자생력 강화 사업도 확대된다. 

업체당 최대 3,000만 원을 지원해 제품 개발부터 스마트 공정 도입까지 맞춤형 성장을 돕는다.

두 사업 모두 3월 중 경기도소상공인종합지원서비스 '경기바로'를 통해 온라인 접수할 예정이다.

지역 물가 안정을 위한 '착한가격업소'는 올해 최대 91개소까지 확대 지정된다. 

지정 업소에는 운영 물품과 공공요금이 지원된다. 

프랜차이즈를 제외한 외식업, 이·미용업 소상공인이 신청할 수 있다.

공공배달앱 '배달특급'을 통해서는 상시 3,000원 할인권(1인 1일 2매)이 제공된다. 

특히 오는 13일부터 22일까지 설 명절 기간에는 3,000원 및 5,000원 할인권을 추가 발급해 명절 특수를 지원한다.

시 관계자는 "지난해 특례보증 148억 원 지원, 배달특급 거래액 32억 원 증가 등 가시적 성과를 거뒀다"며 "올해도 현장 목소리를 적극 반영해 소상공인이 체감할 수 있는 민생경제 회복 정책을 펼치겠다"고 말했다.
