파주소방서가 겨울철 수난사고에 신속히 대응하기 위한 특별훈련을 실시했다.

파주소방서는 지난 2일부터 4일까지 3일간 마장호수 일원에서 '동계 수난구조 특별교육훈련'을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 혹한기 수난 현장의 특수성과 위험성을 고려해 구조대원의 신속한 대응 능력과 구조 전문성을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육은 수난 구조이론과 사고사례 중심의 사전 교육을 시작으로, 현장 실습 위주로 구성됐다. 

구조장비 운용법은 물론 수중 안전사고 예방을 위한 절차와 대응방안도 함께 다뤄 훈련의 실효성을 높였다.

주요 훈련 내용으로는 ▲얼음절삭 및 하강 로프 설치 ▲보드·들것·로프를 활용한 빙상구조 훈련 ▲실종 구조대원 구출 훈련(RIT) ▲응급구난잠수 절차 숙달 ▲저체온증 환자 응급처치 등이 포함됐다. 

특히 실전 상황을 가정한 시나리오 기반 훈련을 통해 구조대원의 현장 대응력과 협업 능력 향상에 중점을 뒀다.

김명찬 파주소방서장은 "겨울철 수난사고는 구조 환경이 특히 열악해 체계적인 준비와 신속한 대응이 필수"라며 "실전 중심의 훈련을 통해 시민의 생명과 안전을 지키는 데 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

한편, 파주소방서는 계절별 재난 특성에 맞춘 맞춤형 훈련을 연중 지속 실시해 구조대원의 현장 역량을 높이고, 안전한 지역사회 조성에 앞장선다는 방침이다.

The Paju Fire Department announced that it conducted a three-day 'Winter Water Rescue Special Training' at Majang Lake from March 2nd to 4th.

The training began with preliminary training focused on water rescue theory and case studies, followed by hands-on field training.
