파주시가 열악한 주거환경에 놓인 취약계층의 생활 안전과 주거 안정을 위해 올해 '취약계층 주택개조 지원사업'을 본격 추진한다.

이번 사업은 노후 주택에 거주하며 안전, 위생, 에너지 효율 개선이 시급한 가구를 대상으로 한 맞춤형 주거복지 사업으로, 시는 예비 대상자를 포함해 총 46가구를 선정해 지원할 계획이다.

지원 사업은 대상자 특성에 따라 ▲어르신 안전하우징 ▲햇살하우징 ▲아동주거빈곤가구 클린서비스 ▲장애인 주택개조 등 4개 분야로 운영된다.

'어르신 안전하우징'은 65세 이상 기초연금 수급자 20가구를 대상으로 문턱 제거, 미끄럼 방지, 안전 손잡이 설치 등 낙상 사고 예방에 중점을 둔 개보수를 진행하며, 가구당 최대 500만원을 지원한다.

'햇살하우징'은 중위소득 50% 이하 가구 9곳에 단열 보강, 창호 교체, LED 조명, 노후 보일러 교체 등을 지원해 냉난방비 부담을 실질적으로 줄여줄 예정이다. 지원 규모는 가구당 최대 500만원이다.

복권기금을 활용한 '아동가구 클린서비스'는 반지하·옥탑 등 열악한 환경에 거주하는 아동 가구 9곳을 대상으로 도배·장판, 방역, 수납 정리는 물론 공기청정기, 건조기 등 필수 가전까지 지원 범위를 확대했다. 

가구당 최대 300만원이 지원된다.

'장애인 주택개조'는 저소득 장애인 가구 8곳에 경사로 설치, 문 폭 확장 등 이동 편의 시설을 개조해주며, 가구당 최대 380만원을 지원한다.
