고양특례시가 경제적 여건 등으로 문화 향유 기회가 적은 취약계층을 위해 ‘2026년 통합문화이용권(문화누리카드)’ 발급을 지난 2일부터 본격 시작했다고 밝혔다.

문화누리카드는 6세 이상(2020년 12월 31일 이전 출생자) 기초생활수급자 및 차상위계층을 대상으로 문화예술, 관광, 체육활동 등을 지원하는 사업이다.

올해 문화누리카드 지원금은 지난해보다 1만 원 증액된 1인당 연 15만 원이다. 

특히 고양시는 생애주기별 맞춤 지원을 강화하기 위해 특정 연령대 시민에게 1만 원을 더 얹어준다.

추가 지원 대상: 청소년기(13~18세) 및 준고령기(60~64세)

지원 금액: 총 16만 원 (기본 15만 원 + 추가 1만 원)

지난해 카드 발급자 중 사용 실적(3만 원 이상)이 있고 올해도 수급 자격을 유지한다면 별도의 신청 없이 기존 카드에 지원금이 자동으로 충전된다.

다만, 다음의 경우는 자동재충전 대상에서 제외되므로 주의가 필요하다.
