한국공인탐정협회가 탐정 및 민간조사 분야 전문 인력 양성을 위한 'PIA 동국대 최고위과정 제82기'를 개강한다고 밝혔다.

26년 전통의 탐정 전문 교육·인증 기관인 한국공인탐정협회는 체계적인 교육 과정과 현장 중심 커리큘럼을 통해 현재까지 약 1만 명 이상의 PIA 탐정 인력을 배출해왔다. 

협회는 국내 탐정업계의 성장과 제도적 기반 마련을 선도하며, 탐정 분야의 학술·연구·교육개발 분야에서 선구자 역할을 수행하고 있다.

PIA 최고위과정은 관련 법령과 제도에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 이론과 실무를 병행하는 대학원 전문 교육 프로그램이다.

이번 제82기 과정은 기업조사, 법원소송 증거자료 수집, 사이버조사, 보험범죄조사, 실종자 찾기, 도·감청 탐색, 신원조사 등 실무 활용도가 높은 분야를 중심으로 구성됐다.

현장 경험이 풍부한 전문 강사진이 참여해 실제 사례를 기반으로 한 교육을 진행할 예정이며, 현장 적용성을 고려한 커리큘럼을 통해 실질적인 전문 역량을 제공한다.

한국공인탐정협회 관계자는 "탐정·민간조사 분야는 사회 변화에 따라 전문성과 책임성이 더욱 요구되는 영역"이라며 "PIA 동국대 법무대학원 최고위과정은 단계적인 교육 체계를 통해 관련 분야 종사자 및 관심 있는 일반인에게 실질적인 전문 역량을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다"고 밝혔다.

PIA 탐정 최고위과정 제82기는 오는 2월 21일(토)개강하며, 매주 토요일 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 총 12주(약 80시간) 과정으로 운영된다. 

교육 장소는 동국대학교 법무대학원이다.

모집 인원은 선착순 30명이며, 지원 희망자는 응시원서와 증명사진 1매, 주민등록초본 1통을 제출해야 한다.

지원 대상은 군·경찰 수사·조사 경력자, 신용정보회사 및 로펌 종사자, 기업 조사·보안 담당자, 관련 학과 교수 및 강사, 탐정·경호업 종사자 등이며, 탐정 분야에 관심 있는 만 18세 이상 일반인도 지원 가능하다.

과정 수료자에게는 동국대학교 총장 명의 수료증 및 수료패, PIA 탐정사 자격증 및 자격인증서, ID카드, 실무 교재, PIA 조끼 및 뱃지 등이 제공된다.

자격 취득 후에는 관계 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 탐정법인 또는 개인사무실 개설이 가능하며, 개인과 기업 피해사실 조사, 민·형사소송 증거자료 수집, 기업 및 브랜드 조사, 보험·금융 관련 조사, 공익신고 및 사회 안전 관련 조사 활동 등을 수행할 수 있다.

한편, 한국공인탐정협회는 PIA 탐정사 자격 과정 외에도 도·감청 탐색사, 이혼상담사, 특수경호사 등 다양한 탐정 관련 전문 자격 취득 특별전형을 운영하고 있다.
