파주소방서는 1일 본서 서장실에서 근속승진 대상자 11명에 대한 계급장 수여식을 열었다.

이날 행사에서는 오진숙 대원이 소방위로, 변지훈·정인렬·양승현·김우진 대원이 소방장으로 각각 승진해 계급장을 수여받았다. 

근무 및 개인 일정으로 참석하지 못한 김병규·정호석·추정규·배달선·김창한·박광은 대원은 소속 부서장이 각 센터에서 별도로 계급장을 전할 예정이다.

승진자들은 앞으로 화재 진압, 구조, 구급 등 시민의 생명과 안전을 지키는 최일선 현장에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 된다.

김명찬 파주소방서장은 “시민의 안전을 위해 묵묵히 소임을 다해온 승진자 여러분께 진심으로 감사드리며, 승진을 다시 한번 축하드린다”며 “책임과 역할이 한층 더 커진 만큼, 소방대원으로서 사명감과 자부심을 갖고 현장에서 최선을 다해주기 바란다”고 당부했다.
