일산소방서가 소방 드론의 효율적이고 안전한 운용을 위한 특별구조훈련을 실시했다.

일산소방서는 14일 드론 전문 기업을 초빙해 소방대원들을 대상으로 드론 운용 역량 강화 교육을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 단순 조종 기술을 넘어 드론 장비의 성능을 정확히 파악하고 재난 현장에서의 실질적 활용도를 높이기 위한 기술 중심 교육으로 진행됐다.

주요 훈련 내용은 △드론 소프트웨어 이해도 향상 △GNSS(위성항법시스템) 기반 자동 비행 실습 △수동 조종법 숙달 △비상 상황 대응 교육 등으로 구성됐다. 특히 장비 특성에 대한 깊이 있는 이해와 실전 운용 능력 배양에 중점을 뒀다.

드론은 최근 소방 분야에서 화재 현장 정찰, 인명 수색, 위험 지역 사전 조사 등 다양한 재난 대응 활동에 활용되고 있다. 

사람이 접근하기 어려운 고층 건물이나 산악 지역에서 신속한 상황 파악이 가능해 초동 대응의 효율성을 크게 높일 수 있다.

권웅 일산소방서장은 "첨단 드론 기술을 활용한 구조 활동은 재난 대응의 효율성과 안전성을 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 한다"며 "앞으로도 꾸준한 훈련과 기술 협력을 통해 현장 대응력을 더욱 강화하겠다"고 말했다.

일산소방서는 향후 정기적인 드론 운용 훈련을 통해 대원들의 기술 수준을 지속적으로 향상시키고, 실제 재난 현장에서 드론을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 체계를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.

Ilsan Fire Station conducted special rescue training to ensure the efficient and safe operation of firefighting drones.

Ilsan Fire Station announced on the 14th that it invited a drone specialist company to provide training to firefighters to enhance their drone operation capabilities.

This training focused on technology, going beyond simple piloting techniques to accurately assess drone performance and enhance practical utility at disaster sites.

Key training topics included: 1) improving understanding of drone software, 2) practicing automated flight based on the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), 3) mastering manual piloting techniques, and 4) emergency response training. A particular emphasis was placed on developing a deep understanding of the device's characteristics and practical operational capabilities.

Drones are currently being utilized in various disaster response activities, including fire scene reconnaissance, search for people, and preliminary investigations of hazardous areas.

This allows for rapid situational awareness in high-rise buildings and mountainous areas, where access is difficult, significantly enhancing the efficiency of initial response.

Ilsan Fire Station Chief Kwon Woong stated, "Rescue operations utilizing cutting-edge drone technology play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and safety of disaster response. We will continue to strengthen our on-site response capabilities through ongoing training and technical cooperation."

Ilsan Fire Station plans to continuously improve the skills of its personnel through regular drone operation training and establish a system for the effective use of drones at actual disaster sites.
