파주시 중앙도서관은 오는 20일부터 12월 11일까지 독서마라톤 완주를 독려하고 시민의 독서와 글쓰기 역량 강화를 위해 서평 쓰기 프로그램 ‘읽고, 쓰고, 완주하다!’를 개최한다.

이번 프로그램은 ‘제19회 파주시독서마라톤 사업’을 마무리하며, 한 해 동안 꾸준히 독서마라톤에 참여한 시민들이 읽은 책을 글로 기록하고 독서의 의미를 확장할 수 있도록 기획됐다. 

동화 작가 장경선을 초청해 시민들이 서평의 개념과 쓰기 방법을 단계별로 배우고, 자신의 생각을 구조화해 표현하는 시간을 마련한다.

프로그램은 총 4차시로 구성되며, 서평의 기본 개념 교육과 직접 서평 작성, 설문 제작을 통한 서평 완성 등의 과정으로 진행된다. 

참여자들은 자신이 읽은 책을 바탕으로 글을 쓰고, 마지막 시간에는 서로의 글을 공유하며 평가와 피드백을 주고받는 경험을 한다.

임봉성 파주시 중앙도서관장은 “이번 프로그램을 통해 시민들이 독서와 글쓰기의 즐거움을 함께 느끼고, 완주의 성취감도 경험하길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 독서문화를 확산시키고 시민이 읽고 쓰며 성장할 수 있는 환경을 조성하는 데 힘쓸 것”이라고 말했다.

이번 서평 쓰기 프로그램은 시민들의 독서문화 활성화와 글쓰기 능력 향상에 기여하며, 파주시의 독서마라톤 사업을 의미 있게 마무리하는 자리로 기대를 모으고 있다.
