고양특례시가 10일 고양시농업기술센터에서 '2025년 고양벤처농업대학 수료식'을 개최하고 53명의 수료생을 배출했다.

이날 수료식은 학사보고와 우수 교육생 시상을 시작으로 이동환 고양특례시장과 신현철 시의회 부의장의 축사, 이상원 수료생의 대표 답사 순으로 진행됐다.

올해로 19기를 맞은 고양벤처농업대학은 지역 농업의 지속가능한 발전과 스마트농업 역량 강화를 목표로 지난 3월부터 약 8개월간 교육을 진행했다. 

치유농업전문가반 37명과 농산업마케팅반 16명 등 두 개 과정으로 운영됐다.

교육과정은 이론 중심에서 벗어나 현장 실습 중심의 실무형 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다. 

치유농업전문가반은 치유농업 프로그램 기획, 농업 기반 힐링 프로그램 개발, 치유농장 운영 사례 분석 등을 통해 농업의 사회적 가치와 치유적 활용 가능성을 집중적으로 다뤘다.

농산업마케팅반은 전자상거래 실무, 스마트스토어 마케팅 전략, 농산물 브랜드 디자인 등 디지털 시대에 맞춘 실전형 마케팅 교육을 제공했다.

특히 올해는 AI 기술과 디지털 도구 활용 교육을 새롭게 도입해 수료생들로부터 높은 호응을 얻었다. 

교육생들은 챗지피티(ChatGPT) 활용 실습과 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 교육을 통해 변화하는 농업 환경에 대응하는 미래형 농업기술을 직접 체험했다.

이동환 고양특례시장은 "오늘 수료하신 53분의 노력과 성취를 진심으로 축하드린다"며 "치유농업과 농산업마케팅을 통해 지역 농업의 혁신을 이끌고, 현장 중심의 교육과 창업·유통 지원으로 여러분의 성장을 적극 뒷받침하겠다"고 밝혔다.

고양벤처농업대학은 지난 2007년 친환경반을 시작으로 올해로 19년째를 맞이했다. 현재까지 총 1,282명의 전문 농업인을 배출하며 고양시 농업의 경쟁력 강화를 선도하고 있다.

시 관계자는 "앞으로도 현장 중심의 실무형 교육과 창업·유통 지원을 통해 지역 농업의 혁신과 농업인들의 성장을 지속적으로 지원할 계획"이라고 전했다.

The Agricultural Marketing Class offered practical marketing training tailored to the digital age, including e-commerce practices, smart store marketing strategies, and agricultural product brand design.

This year, the program introduced new training on AI technology and digital tools, which was highly acclaimed by graduates.

Through hands-on training using ChatGPT and digital content creation, the trainees gained firsthand experience with future agricultural technologies that adapt to the changing agricultural landscape.
