대우건설(대표이사 김보현)은 7일 ‘운정신도시 푸르지오 더 스마트’ 공공지원 민간임대주택의 견본주택을 개관하고 본격적인 임차인 모집에 나선다.

단지는 경기도 파주시 운정3지구 A-8블록에 위치하며, 지하 2층~지상 18층, 9개 동, 총 552세대 규모로 공급된다. 타입별 공급 세대 수는 △59㎡A 138세대 △59㎡B 55세대 △59㎡C 35세대 △79㎡A 45세대 △79㎡B 85세대 △79㎡C 61세대 △79㎡D 13세대 △79㎡E 33세대 △84㎡A 85세대 △84㎡S-1 1세대 △84㎡S-2 1세대로 구성돼 있다.
