일산소방서가 지난 1일 오전 고양시 일산서구에서 발생한 심정지 응급상황에 신속히 대응해 50대 남성 환자의 생명을 구했다고 2일 발표했다.

이날 오전 9시경 보호자로부터 호흡곤란 신고가 접수됐으나, 출동 과정에서 환자가 심정지 상태임이 확인됐다.

대화119안전센터(킨텍스전진지휘대) 구급대원인 소방위 진지현과 소방사 박지완이 현장에 도착했을 때, 환자의 딸이 이미 심폐소생술을 시행하고 있었다. 

구급대원들은 심정지 상황을 즉시 인지하고 전문적인 가슴압박과 자동심장충격기를 이용한 응급처치에 돌입했다.

이어 문화119안전센터 구급대원인 소방위 유혁과 소방교 이수현이 추가로 현장에 도착해 합류했다. 

두 구급팀이 힘을 합쳐 8분간 지속적인 심폐소생술을 실시한 결과, 환자는 맥박을 되찾으며 심장 기능을 회복했다.

구급대원들은 환자 상태를 면밀히 관찰하며 신속하게 인근 병원으로 이송을 완료했다.

권웅 일산소방서장은 "환자가 심정지 상태에서 다시 자발순환을 회복할 수 있었던 것은 한 사람, 한 사람의 신속한 판단과 팀워크 덕분"이라며 "앞으로도 국민의 생명을 지키는 최전선에 있다는 자부심을 가지길 바란다"고 말했다.

Ilsan Fire Department announced on the 2nd that it had quickly responded to a cardiac arrest emergency in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang City on the morning of the 1st, saving the life of a man in his 50s.

Around 9:00 AM, a guardian reported difficulty breathing, but upon arrival, the patient was confirmed to be in cardiac arrest.

When Firefighter Jin Ji-hyun and Firefighter Park Ji-wan, paramedics from the Daehwa 119 Safety Center (KINTEX Forward Command Unit), arrived at the scene, the patient's daughter was already performing CPR.
