고양특례시가 올해 공무직근로자 공개경쟁채용을 통해 총 11명을 선발한다고 26일 발표했다.

시는 '2025년 고양시 공무직근로자 공개경쟁채용 시행계획'을 확정하고 시 누리집을 통해 채용 공고를 게시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 채용 규모는 ▲환경관리원 3명 ▲수로원 4명 ▲준설원 2명 ▲조리사 1명 ▲사례관리사 1명 등 총 5개 직종 11명이다.

응시 자격은 공고일 전일(8월 24일) 기준으로 고양시에 주민등록상 주소지를 두고 있는 18세 이상 60세 미만의 내국인이다. 

각 직종별로 요구되는 세부 자격 요건과 경력사항은 채용 공고문을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

원서 접수는 오는 9월 1일부터 5일까지 5일간 진행되며, 고양시 채용시스템을 통해 온라인으로 신청 가능하다.

채용 일정은 9월 13일 필기전형을 시작으로, 10월 중 면접전형을 거쳐 최종 합격자를 발표할 예정이다.

전형 과정은 1차 서류전형으로 적격 여부를 심사한 후, 2차 필기전형에서 채용 예정 인원의 5배수를 선발한다. 

이후 면접전형을 통해 최종 합격자를 결정하게 된다.

특히 환경관리원을 비롯한 4개 직종의 경우 면접전형 전에 체력전형을 별도로 실시한다.

고양시는 공공업무 수행에 적합한 인력 선발과 채용 과정의 공정성·신뢰성 확보를 위해 2023년부터 공무직근로자 채용에 필기전형을 도입하고 온라인 원서 접수 시스템을 운영하고 있다.

이동환 고양시장은 "공정하고 투명한 채용을 통해 직무 특성에 적합한 우수한 인재를 발굴해 적재적소에 배치함으로써 시민 감동의 행정 서비스를 제공하겠다"고 말했다.

최종 선발된 근로자들은 내년 1월부터 고양시에서 근무를 시작하게 된다.
