파주소방서가 중증 환자의 신속한 이송과 구급대원 보호를 위해 '올바른 119구급차 이용 문화' 확산 캠페인을 적극 추진한다고 11일 발표했다.

이번 캠페인의 주요 추진 내용은 ▲중증응급환자(심정지, 뇌졸중, 심근경색, 중증외상) 우선 이송 ▲구급대원의 병원 선정 존중 ▲구급대원 폭행 금지 ▲119구급상황관리센터를 통한 전문 응급의료 상담 서비스 활성화 등 4개 분야로 구성됐다.

파주소방서는 특히 생명이 위급한 중증응급환자의 골든타임 확보를 위해 우선 이송 체계를 강화하고, 현장에서 구급대원이 환자 상태를 종합적으로 판단해 선정한 병원을 존중해줄 것을 당부했다.

119구급상황관리센터는 전국 시·도 소방본부 119종합상황실 내에 설치되어 응급구조사와 간호사가 24시간 상주하며 실시간 응급의료 정보를 제공하고 있다.
