파주시산림조합은 지난 6월 30일 파주스타디움 게이트볼 전용구장에서 ‘제12회 파주시산림조합장기 게이트볼대회’를 성황리에 개최했다.

이번 대회는 지역 어르신들의 건강증진과 여가선용을 도모하기 위해 마련됐으며, 한길룡 국민의힘 파주(을) 당협위원장, 이철호 파주연천축협조합장, 신동준 광탄농협 조합장, 백윤기 게이트볼협회장, 송희섭 파주시체육회 부회장 등 각계 기관·단체장과 파주시 읍면동 100여 명의 선수들이 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.

전진옥 조합장은 대회사를 통해 “무더운 날씨에도 대회 준비에 힘써주신 파주시게이트볼연합회 백윤기 회장님 이하 협회 여러분들과 참석해주신 단체장님, 선수 여러분께 깊은 감사를 드린다”며 “앞으로도 건실한 조합경영을 통해 조합원과 어르신들을 위한 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

이날 대회에서는 광탄B, 법원, 운정1, 운정2팀이 장려상을, 금촌A와 파평팀이 공동 3위를, 파주팀이 준우승을, 적성팀이 우승의 영예를 안았다. 

시상식을 끝으로 대회는 성황리에 마무리됐다.

On this day, Gwangtan B, Beopwon, Unjeong 1, and Unjeong 2 teams received the encouragement award, Geumchon A and Papyeong teams tied for third place, Paju team won second place, and Jeokseong team won the honor of first place.

The competition ended successfully with the awards ceremony.
