고양특례시는 장기수선충당금을 충실히 적립한 단지의 공용시설물 유지․보수 비용의 일부를 지원하는‘2025년 제2차 공동주택 유지관리 지원 사업’을 실시한다고 12일 밝혔다.

지원되는 공사는 비의무단지의 승강기 교체, 보도블럭 교체, 어린이놀이시설 등 13가지 항목의 ‘일반공사’와 전기차 소방시설 등 11가지 항목의 ‘안전시설 설치공사’로 나뉜다.

지원대상은 ｢주택법｣ 및 ｢도시 및 주거환경 정비법｣에 따라 건설된 20세대 이상의 공동주택 또는 ｢건축법｣에 따라 건설된 공동주택 중 ｢공동주택관리법｣제2조에 따른 의무관리대상 공동주택이다. 

단, 일반공사의 경우 사용검사일로부터 15년이 경과된 공동주택으로 한정된다

올해 공동주택 유지관리 사업예산은 총 7억 8천 5백만 원(노후 공용급수관 예산 43억 5천 2백만 원 별도)으로, 심사에 소요되는 일정을 감안해 1차 사업(노후 승강기 및 공용급수관 교체 공사)과 2차 사업(일반 공사 및 안전시설 설치공사)으로 나누어 시행한다.

1·2차 사업 집행에도 불구하고 예산 잔액이 발생한 경우 추가 모집 공고를 별도로 시행할 예정이다. 

지원 규모는 ｢고양시 공동주택관리 조례｣[별표]의 공사항목 지원비율에 따라 최대 지원 금액의 범위 내에서 직접공사비의 20~80%를 지원하며, 서류심사가 통과된 단지는 보조금 심사위원회의 현장심사 및 심사표 심사를 거쳐 지원대상과 금액이 최종 결정된다. 

예년사업과 같이 공사의 보조사업자로 선정된 단지는 보조금 교부 신청부터 정산 보고까지의 서류 제출을 ‘지방보조금관리시스템’에서 온라인 방식으로 수행해야 함을 유의해 신청해야 한다.

접수기간은 2월 12일부터 3월 11일까지이며, 접수는 등기우편 및 방문접수로 가능하다. 

시 관계자는“공동주택 유지관리 지원사업은 노후화된 공동주택 입주자들의 수요가 많은 사업으로, 시민의 주거수준 향상을 위해 실시되는 사업인 만큼 공동주택 입주자들의 많은 관심을 바란다”고 말했다.
