고양시자원봉사센터는 2024년 한 해 기업, 기관, 일반조직, 단체가 참여하는 사회공헌 봉사활동에 총 720명이 참여했다고 18일 밝혔다.

올해 사회공헌 봉사활동에 참여한 단체는 삼성인력개발원, LG유플러스 일산소매영업팀, 교보증권, EBS, 365 더하다 한방병원, 일산서구청소년수련관, 경기도베이비부머 행복캠퍼스, 고봉로타리클럽, 제1군수지원여단 등이다.

참여자들은 △생태교란 외래식물 제거 및 환경정화 △요양원 어르신 정서적 교감 지원 △‘바다의 시작’ 환경 캠페인 △복지관 내 텃밭 화분 교체 △폐장난감 플라스틱 분해 △고양시에서 개최하는 행사지원 등 다양한 활동에 참여했다. 

고양시자원봉사센터 관계자는 “해마다 봉사활동에 참여하는 기업, 기관이 증가함고 있다. 센터는‘조직 맞춤형 사회공헌 컨설팅’운영과 봉사활동을 연계해 지역문제를 해결할 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라고 밝혔다.[고양=박정호 기자]
