대표 산타로 위촉된 이동환 고양특례시장은 “올 겨울에도 초록우산 경기지역본부 덕분에 도시 곳곳 소외된 아이들 없이 모두가 따뜻한 연말을 맞이할 수 있을 것것 같다”라며 감사의 인사를 전했다.
