고양도시관리공사는 『경제자유구역 중심의 고양특례시 도시공간 마스터플랜』을 주제로 제2회 정책토론회를 오는 15일 14시 서울 여의도 국회도서관 소회의실에서 개최한다고 11일 밝혔다.

고양특례시 경제자유구역 지정은 외국인 투자기업의 경영환경과 생활여건을 개선하고, 규제완화를 통해 자족도시 고양특례시를 실현할 수 있는 방안으로 오는 2025년 지정을 목표로 하고 있다.

이번 정책토론회는 고양특례시가 주최하고 고양도시관리공사가 주관하는 것으로 ‘고양특례시 경제자유구역의 성공추진’을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

김시곤 서울과학기술대학교 교수가 좌장을 맡고, ㈜유신 위성륭 상무의 ‘경제자유구역 중심의 고양특례시 도시공간 마스터플랜’을 주제로 발표한다.

또한 이해림 고양특례시의회 환경경제위원장, 최영수 고양특례시 자족도시실현국장, 김황배 한국민간투자학회 회장, 이제선 연세대학교 교수, 윤대중 ㈜더프리콘 대표가 토론자로 참석한다.
