한국법무보호복지공단 경기북부지부는 15일 의정부 예술의전당에서 김명달 협의회장을 비롯한 경기북부지부 소속 법무보호위원 약 100명과 양희철 경기북부지부장 등이 참석한 가운데 법무보호위원 전문화교육을 진행하였다.

전문화 교육은 법무보호사업의 이해와 자원봉사자의 역할에 대해 심층적으로 다루었으며, 법무보호대상자의 특성과 상담 기법등의 강의 내용을 통해 자원봉사 활동의 전문성을 향상하고자 하였다.

원활한 법무보호위원 전문화 교육 진행을 위해 장소를 마련에 도움을 주신 김명달 경기북부지부협의회장은 “이번 전문화 교육을 통해 각 위원회 회장님들과 소속 위원들과 함께 앞으로도 법무보호대상자 지원에 앞장서서 노력하겠다.”고 말했고,

양희철 지부장은 “김명달 회장님을 비롯한 회장님들과 법무보호위원님들의 법무보호사업에 대한 지속적인 관심과 노력에 감사드리며, 앞으로도 새로운 교육 등 위원님들의 활동 지원에 힘쓸 수 있도록 노력을 기울이겠다고 말했다.[박정호 기자]
