파주소방서는 이달 12일부터 14일까지 본서 대회의실(통일로1564)에서 구급대원 대상으로 소통 간담회를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 간담회는 파주 시민에게 보다 안전하고 신뢰받는 전문 구급서비스를 제공하기 위해 마련된 자리로, 구급대원들의 현장 애로사항을 듣고 소통과 화합을 도모하기 위해 기획되었다.

최근 의료계 집단행동으로 인해 119 구급대원의 초기 응급처치와 이송 역할이 더욱 중요해졌으며, 이에 따라 구급대원들의 업무 부담도 크게 증가하고 있다.

이러한 상황에서 구급대원들의 소진이 우려되는 만큼, 소통과 화합의 장이 절실한 시점이다.

주요 교육 내용으로는 파주소방서 구급차에서 관리 운영중인 5대 기계식 자동 심장충격기에 대한 전 구급대원 술기 훈련 교육을 실시하고, 구급현장 폭행방지 및 안전사고방지 교육, 개인별 스트레스 관리 교육 등을 진행하고자 한다
