이동환 고양특례시장이 경제자유구역의 성공적인 추진을 위한 글로벌 협력 네트워크 구축에 속도를 내고 있다. 

이 시장은 지난 19일~21일 브라질 상파울루에서 열리는 2024 이클레이 세계총회에 참석해 고양시 자원순환 정책을 소개했다.
