고양특례시 덕양구는 오는 25일부터 26일까지 개최되는 ‘2024년 창릉천 유채꽃축제’의 원활한 진행 및 안전한 환경 조성을 위해 현장점검을 실시했다고 17일 밝혔다.

이날 행사 관련 부서와 함께 현장에 방문한 황수연 덕양구청장은 유채꽃 파종 상태와 축제장 배치 현황을 확인하고, ▲주차장 진입로·산책로 포장 ▲신설 화장실 ▲안내 표지판 등의 시설물 설치 상태를 면밀히 점검했다.

특히, 황 구청장은 방문객들이 쾌적하고 안전한 축제를 즐길 수 있도록 안전펜스와 이정표 설치 등 안전한 관람환경 조성에 철저를 기할 것을 당부했다.

황수연 덕양구청장은 “매년 많은 인파가 방문하는 유채꽃 축제를 철저히 준비하여, 방문객들이 안전하게 축제를 즐기고 행복한 기억을 가지고 돌아갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 말했다.
