경기도 북부소방재난본부 예방과장, 소방행정기획과장 등 주요 요직을 역임하고 지난 5월 22일 제14대 일산소방서장으로 취임한 박춘길 서장은 탁월한 업무 추진력과 소통하는 리더십을 보이며 소방 조직 발전에 기여하였다. 

특히 화재 및 구조, 구급 현장의 지휘 역량 강화를 위한 대응훈련과 안전한 지역사회를 만들기 위한 예방 홍보 활동 강화를 통해 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는데 큰공헌을 하였다.
