특히 지난달 25일에는 공사 관리 시설물인 상지석배수장(파주시 조리읍 소재)을 대상으로 지자체, 한국전력공사, 한국전기안전공사 등 관계기관과 지역주민 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘배수장 비상대처훈련’을 실시하였다.

‘배수장 비상대처훈련’은 집중호우 시 비상 상황(자연배수 불가, 낙뢰로 인한 정전 등)을 가정하여 배수장 가동 및 응급 복구를 통한 인근 주민의 신속한 대피와 함께 농경지 피해를 최소화하기 위해 실시하였으며, 모의훈련을 통한 관계기관 간의 유기적인 협조체계를 강화하는 계기가 되었다.
