한국법무보호복지공단 경기북부지부는  15일 경기도 양주시에 소재하고 있는  ‘에이스섬유(대표 이상백)’에서 제 32호 후원기업 현판식을 개최하였다.

법무보호대상자의 안정적인 사회복귀 지원을 위한 재원 마련 창구를 확보하고 지역사회 범죄예방 활동의 가치를 실현하고자 진행된 이날 현판식 행사에는 지부 고용협력위원회 한보호 회장, 박경훈 사무국장, 이상백 대표, 이혜진 연구개발실장, 정상구 지부장, 노용 법무보호과장 등이 참석하였다.

이상백 대표는 “기업이익의 사회환원 차원에서 동참한 이번 후원활동을 통해 출소자 지원 사업에 대한 지역사회의 관심 유도 및 부정적 인식전환 계기가 마련되었으면 좋겠다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.

경기북부지부 고용협력위원회 위원으로 활동하고 있는 이혜진 실장은 “미력하나마 보호대상자의 자립에 보탬이 되었으면 좋겠고 앞으로 더 큰 도움이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.[박정호 기자]
