(사)한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역에서는 지난 15일 고양시 덕양구 삼송1동 행정복지센터 앞 공터에서 어르신들을 위한 자장면 나누기 행사를 가졌다.

본격적인 행사에 앞서 지역 예술단체들의 공연도 펼쳐졌다. 

이날 행사는 한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역 숲사랑 회원 50여명과 새마을 회원 30여명, 자유총연맹 15명 등이 봉사에 나서 자장면 500인분을 준비했으며 비가 오는데도 불구하고참석한 어르신 250여명에게 급식봉사를 펼쳤으며 나머지는 인근 어르신들에게 포장으로 전달했다.

이 행사는 한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역주최,  고양시지회 주관으로 사랑의 열매, 새마을 고양시지회, 한국자유총연맹 고양시지회, 한국예술단체 총연합회 고양시지회가 후원했다.

김필례 경기지역총재는 “비가 오나 눈이 와도 이웃사랑실천은 당연하다”며“비가 오는데도 참석해 주신 어르신들은 자장면 한 그릇을 드시러 오신 것 보다는 사람 사는 세상에서 사랑이 그리워 오신 것이라는 생각이 들어 뭉클하고 감사했다”고 말했다.

한편 행사를 주최한 한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역 김필례 총재는 윤석열 정부 대통령직인수위 국민통합위원회 자문의원과 국민의힘 전 고양시을 당협위원장을 지냈다.[고양=박정호 기자]
