고양도시관리공사는 지난 14일 고용노동부 산하 노사발전재단이 시행하는 ‘2022년 일터혁신 컨설팅 지원사업’에 선정되어 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

일터혁신 컨설팅 지원사업은 노사가 공동으로 참여한 일터혁신을 통해 기업의 성과와 근로생활의 질을 함께 높일 수 있도록 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공하는 고용노동부의 대표적 사업이다.

협약에 따라 공사는 한국생산성본부로부터 노사 중장기 비전수립 및 추진체계 구축 등 노사파트너십 강화를 위한 컨설팅을 지원받게 된다. 협약식에는 공사 안병구 사장과 고양도시관리공사 노동조합 이은섭 위원장, 한국생산성본부 김광명 팀장 등 관계자가 참석했다.
