한국농어촌공사 고양지사는 19일 최근 집중호우로 인해 피해를 입은 고양시 관내 수재민을 위해 400만원 상당의 온누리 상품권을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이번 성금은 115년만의 기록적인 장마철 폭우로 인해 침수 피해를 입은 고양시 동구청 등 관내 수재민 중 사회취약계층 10여가구의 수해 주민들의 어려움을 함께 위로하고 지역경제 활성화를 위해 온누리 상품권으로 구입해 전달했다.

한편, 고양지사에서는 집중호우로 피해를 입은 용배수로 등 농업생산기반시설 44건의 응급복구를 완료하고 추가로 있을 수 있는 호우나 태풍에 대비해 농작물에 피해가 없도록 재난 대비태세를 강화하고 있다.
