이번 결의대회는 청렴 정책 확산 및 정착을 위한 CEO의 의지를 대·내외로 표명하고 공사의 인권존중 의식을 높여 굳어진 관행을 타파, 임직원들이 인지하지 못하는 차별 및 편견을 해소함으로써 존중하고 함께 공감하는 인권 공사를 만들기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 행사는 사장의 부정 청탁 및 금품 등 수수금지 서약서 서명식을 시작으로 신입직원의 청렴 실천 결의문 및 인권경영 선언문 낭독을 통해 공개적으로 청렴 약속을 하고 윤리·인권에 대한 결연한 의지를 다지는 시간으로 진행됐다.
